Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

This consent is given separately when you register an account with Balancier.

By registering with Balancier and ticking the consent box, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give my consent to the following operator to process my personal data:

1. Categories of personal data

I consent to the processing of my email address, name, workspace name, technical information about my authenticated session, and the content of requests I send to the operator. Name and workspace name are processed only where I provide them.

2. Purposes of processing

• creating and maintaining my account;
• giving me access to the functions of the Service and storing my projects;
• keeping the Service secure, preventing abuse and diagnosing errors;
• handling my requests about the operation of the Service.

3. Processing operations

This consent covers the collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer to persons engaged to operate the Service, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data, whether by automated means or otherwise.

4. Cross-border storage

I understand that the Service runs on servers located in the Russian Federation and that, if I use it from another country, my personal data is transferred to and stored there, as described in clause 4 of the Privacy Notice.

5. Duration and withdrawal

This consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn, unless the operator has another lawful basis for continued processing. I may withdraw it by writing to the email address above. Withdrawal may result in deletion of my account and make further use of the Service impossible.

6. Confidentiality

This consent is not a consent to the dissemination of personal data. The operator does not make my personal data publicly available without a separate lawful basis.
